Waterless. On-site. Zero run-off.

A CAR CLEANING
BENEFIT YOUR PEOPLE
ACTUALLY USE.

Filth brings professional waterless car cleaning into your car park. Employees drop their keys in the morning and drive home in a spotless car - without leaving site, without a drop of water, and without any drainage on your part.

Currently operating across the UK, with expansion to further corporate campuses underway.

01 — The problem

What facilities teams keep running into

Before we talk about cleaning cars, here's the situation most of our conversations start from.

Benefits budget, invisible return

Gym memberships, discount portals and wellbeing apps sit unused. Finance sees the invoice; nobody sees the benefit.

Empty desks on a Tuesday

Hybrid policy only works if there's a reason to travel in. Anchor days need something people genuinely want on site.

On-site washing is a compliance headache

Hoses, jet washers, detergent into surface drains and interceptor loading. On regulated sites it simply doesn't get approved.

Facilities teams have no capacity

Every new on-site service usually means another supplier to manage, another rota, another set of inductions to chase.

Filth solves all four with one supplier, a few car park bays and zero water.

02 — Why workplaces choose Filth

A perk that gives people their weekend back

Most workplace benefits go unclaimed. Car cleaning doesn't - because the car is already sitting in your car park doing nothing for eight hours a day. Filth turns that dead time into a benefit employees notice every single time they drive home.

  • Genuinely used, not just offered

High uptake from day one, with repeat bookings rather than a one-off launch spike.

  • Zero burden on facilities

We manage bookings, keys, scheduling, payment and comms. Your team allocates a few bays and nothing else.

  • A reason to be on site

Sites using Filth pair it with anchor days to make coming in worth the commute.

03 — Why Filth

BUILT IN LONDON. TRUSTED ON CORPORATE SITES AROUND THE UK.

Filth was founded in London in 2020 and has grown from an on-demand car cleaning service into today's on-site workplace offering. Our team is fully insured and vetted for corporate sites, with public liability cover in place, and we never move or drive customers' cars.

04 — How it works on site

Four steps, then it just runs

  1. 01

    We survey your car park

A short site assessment identifies a dedicated cleaning bay area, access route and any facilities requirements. No water supply, no drainage, no power hook-up needed.

  2. 02

    Employees book a slot

Your people book a day and package through a simple booking link and then park in the dedicated cleaning bay for the day. If their car is parked elsewhere in the car park, they can request an outside only clean at the car's own space instead.

  3. 03

    We clean while they work

Our uniformed team cleans in the designated bays across the working day. Employees collect their own car from the cleaning bay at the end of the day. Filth never moves or drives customers' cars.

  4. 04

    You get the reporting

Monthly reporting on cars cleaned, litres of water saved and employee uptake, ready to drop into your ESG and benefits reporting.

05 — Partnership models

Fully funded, or employee-paid

Every site is different, so we work two ways. Most partners start with a single quarter to gauge uptake, then settle on the model that fits their benefits budget.

Model 01

Fully funded benefit

The company pays for the service outright providing a fully funded sustainable employee benefit. The strongest option for recognition schemes, hybrid-working incentives and return-to-office drives.

  • Fixed monthly cost, agreed in advance
  • Allocation managed per employee or per department
  • Branded comms pack for internal launch

Model 02

Employee-paid retainer

Employees pay for their own cleans at preferential workplace rates. The company simply guarantees Filth a minimum monthly retainer, which is offset against everything employees spend.

  • Low, predictable commitment for the business
  • Retainer offset by employee spend each month
  • Zero admin - we handle bookings and payment

06 — What you get back

The outcomes you're buying

Filth isn't a car wash contract. It's a retention, attendance and sustainability lever that's stored in a dedicated space on site.

01

Uptake you can see

A benefit used repeatedly, not claimed once at launch — visible in the car park every week.

02

A reason to come in

Pairs directly with anchor days and return-to-office drives without another engagement campaign.

03

ESG numbers you can report

Litres of water saved and cars cleaned, reported monthly in a format that drops straight into disclosures.

04

No new workload

We run bookings, scheduling, payment and comms. Your team allocates bays and signs the induction.

07 — ESG & environmental impact

A benefit that reads well in your sustainability report

A single traditional car wash uses well over 100 litres of water and sends detergent into surface drainage. Waterless cleaning removes both problems entirely - which is why it clears environmental review on regulated and pharmaceutical sites where on-site washing would not.

No water run-off

Nothing is rinsed, so there's no waste water reaching your car park drains or interceptors.

No chemical discharge

Products are biodegradable and fully captured in microfibre, then disposed of through trade waste.

Measurable water saving

We report litres saved per month so the figure can be used directly in ESG disclosures.

Fewer journeys

Employees stop driving to a hand car wash at the weekend - cleaning happens where the car already is.

In operation today

Cleaning employee cars for a major pharmaceutical campus

Filth currently operates on site at a large pharmaceutical employer, cleaning employees' cars from a dedicated section of the staff car park. The waterless method was central to approval: no water supply to tap, no run-off into a controlled drainage system, and no disruption to car park operations.

08 — What employees get

Three packages. No extras, no add-ons.

Car cleaning shouldn't be complicated. Employees pick the package that suits them and we do the rest — every clean carried out by trained Filth technicians using waterless products and fresh microfibre cloths per vehicle.

Filthy Outside

Full waterless exterior clean, glass, wheels and a protective polish that leaves a durable, water-repellent finish.

Filthy Inside

Complete interior clean: vacuum throughout, dashboard, console, door cards, glass and boot.

Filthy Inside & Out

Our most popular workplace package. Everything above in one visit, typically completed within the working day.

Workplace pricing is agreed per site and depends on the model and expected volume.

Questions from facilities teams

How can it be a car clean with no water?

Our products encapsulate dirt in a lubricating polymer layer, which is then lifted away with high-grade microfibre. It cleans and protects in a single pass, using a few hundred millilitres of product instead of the 100+ litres a traditional wash consumes.

What do you need from our facilities team?

A designated section of the car park - typically two to four bays. There's no water supply, no drainage requirement and no hoses or jet washers on site. We just need access to power for our vacuum cleaners.

Is there any run-off risk in our car park?

No. Because nothing is rinsed, there is no waste water, no detergent run-off into surface drains and no interceptor loading. This is one of the main reasons sites with environmental permits choose waterless cleaning.

Are you insured and vetted for corporate sites?

Yes. Our team carries full public liability cover, works to your site induction and access requirements, and can provide DBS-checked staff and method statements where required. We never move or drive customers' cars.

What's the minimum site size?

We usually recommend sites with 250 or more employees on-site across the week, but smaller sites can work well on a shared or rotating schedule with a neighbouring business park tenant.

How quickly can we start?

Most sites go from first conversation to first cleaning day within three to four weeks, including the site assessment, contracting and an internal launch comms window.
