Refund policy

We want to keep it simple and all cancellations can made be made through our online booking platform or by emailing us. Refunds will be made immediately but can take 7-10 to reach your bank.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked time will be subject to the full fee and no refund will be given.

If you cancel within 12 to 24 hours prior to your booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your booked time will receive a full refund.

 If we have to cancel for operational or adverse weather conditions outside of our control, we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund.
